Create Captain Account

  • From the main menu, Select Captain Account > Log in.
  • Click Create New Account.
  • Enter your information, then click the Create New Account button.
  • Provide the Username to the tournament organizer. You will be added as the captain of your team.

Log On

  • From the main menu, Select Captain Account > Log in.
  • Enter your Username and Password, then click the Log in button.

Add Player

  • From the main menu, Select 2025 Tournament > Teams.
  • Select your team.
  • Click the Player tab.
    • If you do not see the option to add players, either you have not logged on or you have not been assigned proper access rights.
  • Click Add New Players.
  • Enter First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth for each player. Then click the Update Player Info button to save.
  • Click Add New Player to clear the screen and add the next player.
  • Roster CANNOT be changed after 3/21/2025.

Edit Player

  • From the main menu, Select 2025 Tournament > Teams.
  • Select your team.
  • Click the Player tab.
  • Click the player record.
  • Make the necessary change and click the Update Player Info button to save.
  • If the player has signed the waiver (i.e., when the Status displays “Accepted” in green), you will need to click the Invalidate button first. This will void the signed waiver. After editing the player details, click the Update Player Info button to save the changes. The player will need to sign the waiver again.
  • Roster CANNOT be changed after 3/21/2025.

Delete Player

  • From the main menu, Select 2025 Tournament > Teams.
  • Select your team.
  • Click the Player tab.
  • Locate the player record, then click the Delete button.
  • Choose Delete Player on the confirmation window to confirm deletion.
  • Roster CANNOT be changed after 3/21/2025.

Add Jersey Number

  • This is an optional step. If your players are assigned unique jersey numbers, they can be pre-printed on your team’s lineup sheet, saving you time to fill in the jersey numbers for each game.
  • From the main menu, Select 2025 Tournament > Teams.
  • Select your team.
  • Click the # tab.
  • Enter the jersey number for players who have been assigned a dedicated jersey number for the entire tournament.
    • If the players are assigned different numbers for Home and Away jerseys, you have the option to enter both jersey numbers.
    • Leave the Away number empty if the same number is assigned for both jerseys.

Add Jersey Color

  • This is an optional step. Letting your opponent know your jersey color(s) can eliminate the possibility that one of the teams need to change jersey just before game time.
  • From the main menu, Select 2025 Tournament > Teams.
  • Select your team.
  • Click the Player tab.
  • Click Edit Team.
  • Enter the jersey color in the Home Jersey field.
  • If your team has an alternate jersey, enter the color in the Away Jersey field.

Game Schedule

  • From the main menu, Select 2025 Tournament > Teams.
  • Select your team.
  • Click the Game tab. Your team’s game schedule will be listed.
  • To view all games, select 2025 Tournament > Games from the main menu.

Sign Waiver

  • Each player MUST sign a waiver no later than 3/29/2025. Players without a signed waiver will NOT be printed on the team roster.
  • Players do NOT need to create an account to sign a waiver.
  • From the main menu, Select 2025 Tournament > Teams.
  • Select your team.
  • Click the Player tab.
  • Locate the player’s name.
    • Notify your team captain/manager immediately if your name does not match the name printed on your valid government-issued driver license or identification card.
    • If your Status displays Sign Waiver (in red), you have not signed the waiver.
  • Click Sign Waiver (in red). It will take you to the waiver form.
  • Read the waiver. If you agree with every item, type your Name, Year of Birth, and sign in the box. Then click the Sign Waiver button to complete.
    • If you do not like the signature, click the Clear Signature button to re-sign. When you are done, click the Sign Waiver button to complete.
  • When you return to the Player listing, your Status should be changed to Accepted (in green).
